Overview In this role, you will design and deliver intelligent automation solutions for government and public sector clients, focusing on HR technology ecosystems and enterprise decision-making. You will work within a cross-functional engagement team to drive digital transformation, optimize processes, and ensure compliant, data-driven outcomes. You will balance RPA and AI capabilities to meet business needs while upholding ethical AI practices in federal policy. This is a hybrid, mid-M Atlantic-based opportunity with impact across NSF-scale programs.

Responsibilities- Deliver digital transformation and process automation to improve operational efficiency
- Enhance data-driven decision-making via role-based analytics and BI
- Support regulatory compliance and Federal HR policies
- Integrate IT systems with workforce planning tools
- Recommend and implement balanced RPA/AI solutions based on ROI and control requirements
- Define target-state architecture and implementation patterns for Intelligent Automation
- Translate user requirements into scalable, secure, compliant solutions
- Guide technical decisions and ensure ethical AI and compliance
Key requirements- 8+ years in AI/automation
- Bachelor's/Master's in AI/IT
