Overview In this role you lead on-site construction management for diverse industrial projects, collaborating with clients and engineering teams. You drive safe, quality, and on-schedule execution across design-build and turnkey delivery. You act as the primary technical contact and coordinate with trades, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities- Promote and enforce safety policies for Foth and clients
- Serve as primary technical liaison with client and internal design teams
- Travel to be on-site full-time
- Oversee construction management for Design-Build installations to meet specs
- Coordinate and maintain construction schedules with engineering, trades, and client
- Lead trades to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule scope execution
- Independently resolve day-to-day site issues
- Coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with engineering
- Manage change for scope, schedule, and budget with project manager
- Provide constructability input and keep stakeholders informed with daily reports
Key requirements- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years of industrial construction management experience
