Overview In this role you partner with customers to turn AI ambitions into working Notion systems, driving adoption, value delivery, and renewals for a portfolio of named accounts. You collaborate with Solutions Consultants on account strategy and planning, shaping outcomes that strengthen partnerships and revenue. You focus on customers needing clear impact paths or at-risk relationships, translating business goals into practical Notion workflows. This role sits at the intersection of AI, productivity, and customer value, offering meaningful scope to influence adoption and ROI.

Responsibilities- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for named accounts
- Contribute to net revenue retention with renewal and expansion prospects
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts
- Define and maintain mutual success plans with periodic business reviews
- Facilitate use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities
- Engage Services for complex implementations and coordinate with delivery teams
- Learn Notion and AI ecosystems to guide customers in new ways of working
- Help design OA programs delivering outcomes across Notion install base
Key requirements- 3+ years in customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
- Strong discovery skills to map business problems to implementation plans
- Technical fluency and advisory presence; able to co-design and troubleshoot Notion workspaces
- Commercial awareness for renewal risk management and expansion potential
- Ability to design workflows linking adoption to measurable commercial outcomes
- Program and stakeholder management skills for multiple accounts
