Responsibilities- Skincare Science storytelling: translate dermatology and mechanism data into benefit-driven narratives for diverse audiences
- Visual & mechanism communication: convert invisible processes into intuitive visuals and frameworks
- Scientific research & literature interpretation: review and synthesize dermatology and cosmetic science literature for strategy and storytelling
- Cross-functional collaboration: align with R&I, Advanced Technology, Clinical, Formulation, Product Development, and Marketing to support substantiation and timelines
Key requirements- Advanced degree in a STEM field or MD/PhD/PharmD/MS with relevant skincare/science experience
- Ability to interpret dermatological, biological, clinical, and mechanistic literature
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, pathways, and ingredient mechanisms
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex systems
- Experience collaborating with scientific, clinical, regulatory, marketing, product development, or creative teams
