Overview As a Senior Principal ServiceNow Information Architect, you will own the enterprise information model within ServiceNow, aligning CSDM, CMDB, ITAM, SAM and related data domains. You will govern asset and software registries, define metadata standards, and drive data governance across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity and scalable operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the enterprise information architecture that supports governance, security, and digital product management. Responsibilities- Own and evolve the enterprise information model in ServiceNow across CSDM, CMDB, ITAM, SAM, SPM and related domains
- Lead governance of enterprise asset and software registries including taxonomy and lifecycle management
- Establish and maintain CMDB and CSDM standards, service modeling and data quality
- Define and govern integrations across Discovery, Service Graph, ITAM, SAM, Cloud, ERP, HR, Security, Identity, Procurement, and DevOps platforms
- Drive enterprise data governance with metadata, stewardship, reporting semantics and reference data
Key requirements- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years focused on ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, SAM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or enterprise information architecture
- Deep expertise in CSDM, CMDB, Service Graph, IRE, and CMDB Health with strong data governance knowledge
- Proven experience designing enterprise information models across assets, software, applications, services, and technology products
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) data models and best practices
- Experience integrating enterprise systems with ServiceNow ensuring data consistency and semantic alignment
- Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture, asset and service management, enterprise integrations, AI-assisted development, and relevant ServiceNow certifications
