Overview In this role you will support Engineering Services for energy sector clients, focusing on Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and Power & Utilities projects. You will analyze data, plan engineering activities, and develop technical documentation to meet specifications, while leading or mentoring project staff as needed. The position sits within ProSidian's energy/government-oriented advisory work, delivering value through engineering and A&A services for the DOE Idaho Nuclear Energy program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive mission success and performance improvements.

Responsibilities- Plan and conduct engineering research and design to meet customer specs
- Perform engineering planning, performance management, capacity planning, testing, and benchmarking
- Develop and staff an engineering management plan
- Analyze and document integration and system performance
- May supervise technical staff through project completion
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Experience in Energy & Environmental Management with Nuclear/Oil & Gas/Power & Utilities sectors
- Background in Engineering Services for Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance (A&A) for Fuel Cycle campaigns
- Master's Degree or equivalent education and 10+ years of experience
- Ability to supervise technical staff and communicate with stakeholders
- Security clearance considerations for federal engagements (implied)
