Overview In this role you will lead Java/J2EE architecture and delivery for enterprise-scale integrations. You will work within a consulting-driven, client-facing context to design specifications, implement RESTful services, and guide deployments on PAAS/IAAS platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical outcomes and align with client business goals. Responsibilities- Create requirement specifications based on design detailing and integration needs
- Lead Java/J2EE development using Spring/Spring Boot and IBM WebSphere
- Develop and maintain RESTful services and PAAS/IAAS integrations
- Configure and deploy applications with tools like Jenkins, Maven, Ant, Groovy
- Support and validate solutions through development/configuration/validation and deployment
- Capture requirements and map business processes for internal/external consulting
- Coordinate travel and client-facing engagements as part of management consulting environment
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience in requirements specification and design detailing
- 7+ years of Java/J2EE development with Spring/Spring Boot and IBM WebSphere
- Strong Linux proficiency and experience with Ant, Maven, Groovy
- Experience with REST/JSON and PAAS/IAAS offerings
- 7+ years in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment
- 7+ years in requirements gathering for consulting and process mapping
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
