Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management or related discipline; or equivalent experience
- minimum 15 years of heavy construction experience
- proven leadership in managing large-scale, fast-track projects
- strong knowledge of MEP, commissioning, design-build, and technology infrastructure
- experience building and leading high-performing teams
- ability to build and maintain client relationships
