Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Development, North America

Overview

In this role you will lead Talent Acquisition delivery and key learning initiatives across the Americas, driving alignment between business priorities and talent outcomes. You will build and guide a regional TA team, partner with leaders and HRBPs, and steward programs that enhance capability and internal mobility. You will leverage analytics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
  • Lead the North America Talent Strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce plans
  • Oversee recruitment delivery across the region with scalable TA strategies
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional Talent team
  • Partner with business leaders and HR Partners on workforce planning, succession, and capability
  • Drive Talent Management and Development initiatives, including leadership development and internal mobility
  • Utilize talent analytics and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements
  • Oversee talent operations, employer branding, governance, budgeting, and process excellence
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and lead cross-functional Talent/OD initiatives
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters or TA professionals
  • Experience designing or implementing talent, learning, succession, or mobility initiatives
  • Strong track record partnering with senior leaders in a matrix environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, vendors, and performance metrics
  • Ability to travel domestically ( 20%) to support NA manufacturing sites
