Recruitment Consultant - Baltimore, MD or McLean, VA

In this role you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire placements, building strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You will source, assess, negotiate, and place talent while pursuing revenue targets within a collaborative, supportive environment. • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs
• Source, interview, and evaluate candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Coordinate interviews and present qualified candidates to clients
• Negotiate compensation, start dates, and terms of employment
• Follow up with clients and placed candidates to ensure successful outcomes
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM
• Meet recruiting, placement, and revenue targets while upholding service standards

• 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or business development (preferred)
• Experience supporting temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire placements (highly desirable)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office
