Overview In this role you will lead and shape the HRIS function, aligning Workday-based solutions with organizational goals. You will mentor the HRIS team, act as the Workday SME, and drive process improvements across HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation. You'll manage HRIS projects, collaborate with HR, TA, and IT, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Responsibilities- Lead and develop the HRIS team to foster high performance
- Serve as the Workday HCM and Recruiting SME, guiding configuration and optimization
- Manage HRIS projects including upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to translate business needs into Workday solutions
- Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS
- Create and deliver training for HRIS users on Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation
- Stay updated with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize capabilities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of HRIS experience, with 3+ years in a Workday environment
- Expertise in Workday Recruiting (configuration, reporting, process design)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
