Overview In this role you will turn complex logistics challenges into optimization models and decision systems to connect clinicians with patients at home. You'll operate at the crossroads of research and engineering, shaping problems into deployable solutions and partnering with operations, product, and engineering. Your work aims to improve visit efficiency, clinician utilization, and patient access at scale. This is an impact-driven role in a mission to enhance home-based care through rigorous, data-driven decision making.
