Responsibilities- Oversee construction administration and inspection projects
- Lead teams of inspectors and engineers
- Own budgets, schedules, quality standards, and client communication
- Identify and mitigate project risk throughout delivery
- Prepare proposals, scopes, and project plans
- Present to clients, agencies, and public stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of construction or inspection experience
- PE license required / OH PE preferred
- Strong leadership and supervisory background
