Overview In this role you will lead regional electrical services projects from planning to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with required quality. You will coordinate with DOCs, NAS, TAS and field teams to manage scope, risk, and communications. You'll oversee financials, scheduling, and milestones while supporting safety initiatives and client expectations. This position offers regional travel and the chance to drive complex retrofit, startup, and commissioning efforts within a large engineering services organization.

Responsibilities- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Receive handoffs and complete initial technical, scope, and scheduling reviews
- Utilize project management tools to track milestones and deliverables on site
- Lead project meetings and communication plans with stakeholders
- Manage closeout processes (punch lists, warranties, transitions)
- Serve as primary project contact and coordinate with DOCs, customers, and subcontractors on safety and issues
- Provide financial oversight including cost control, change orders, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with NAS PMO, sales engineers, and TAS to align orders with commitments and timelines
- Assist Construction Management with field resources, schedules, and stakeholder communications
- Provide onsite support during construction and conduct field inspections as needed
- Travel 50% within the United States to site locations and meetings
- Act as backup to Construction Manager to ensure operations continuity
- Align project scope, schedule, and financials with Construction Managers and field teams
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects (or 5 years in services, sales, or manufacturing of electrical distribution products)
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in electrical installation, design, services, or construction
- Valid driver's license
- Residence within 50 miles of listed location
