Overview In this role you will lead technically complex civil-related projects within industrial and power spaces, coordinating dispersed teams and leveraging proprietary products, forensic engineering, and self-perform construction. You'll work with subject matter experts and executives to drive project outcomes, pursuing novel solutions and ensuring safety and quality. The position blends leadership with hands-on collaboration to deliver durable, resilient structures.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex construction projects to meet schedule and budget targets
- Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and coordinate with internal contracts teams
- Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership
- Oversee project financials, including profit & loss and financial projections
- Provide leadership to project teams including PMs, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews
- Collaborate with Estimators and Sales to review bids and develop proposals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Demonstrate commitment to 24/7 safety and quality control on all projects
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction/restoration
- Proven ability to manage projects valued between $1-5 million
- Experience with structural concrete repair, strengthening, or industrial maintenance (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools
- Strong leadership skills to train and mentor others
