Overview In this role you will support the delivery of critical concrete construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will work with project leaders to coordinate activities from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You'll engage with field teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on track and you will help navigate high-profile, mission-critical infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on chance to grow within a growing Critical Projects Group at a leading contractor with ESOP ownership.

Responsibilities- Support planning, scheduling, and logistics with project leadership
- Coordinate onsite execution with field teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Manage project documentation (submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, specs, contracts)
- Track field production and maintain weather logs and production reports
- Coordinate material procurement and vendor communications for timely deliveries
- Review invoices, verify pay applications, and assist with cost coding
- Lead and document weekly project meetings to ensure communication and accountability
- Support quality control, punch lists, and closeout activities
- Assist in maintaining schedules and identifying risks before they impact performance
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction Management
- Three+ years as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on large commercial concrete projects
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and scopes of work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Project
- Comfort with onsite work across the Dallas-Fort Worth area
