Overview In this role you will lead aviation infrastructure projects, guiding field teams and coordinating with engineers, PMs, and clients. You drive quality, safety, and timely delivery of runways, taxiways, aprons, and airfield lighting. Responsibilities- Oversee construction inspection and QA testing for aviation projects
- Coordinate change orders, RFIs, budgets, schedules, and contract administration
- Align project goals with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Monitor contractor performance and maintain project documentation
- Ensure material and workmanship quality per specifications
- Provide on-site leadership and field direction to resolve issues
- Develop meeting agendas, facilitate discussions, and record minutes
- Ensure accuracy of as-built drawings
- Promote and enforce job site safety standards
Key requirements- 5+ years in construction or project management
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and land development practices
- Experience with construction inspection and quantity tracking
- FAA construction specifications a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (or ability to obtain)
