Overview In this role you will guide employee relations across the organization, handling investigations, policy interpretation, and compliance advisory. You will partner with HRBPs and legal to resolve workplace concerns and ensure fair, timely outcomes. You will leverage data to identify trends, assess risks, and drive process improvements in investigations and training. Responsibilities- Conduct workplace investigations and document case details in case management systems
- Provide guidance on investigations, accommodations, and policies to HR Business Partners and leaders
- Support HR compliance training, analytics, and I-9 audits; collaborate with subject matter experts as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor in Human Resources
- 3+ years in Employee Relations, HR, Legal, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of employment law
- Experience leading workplace investigations
- Preferred: experience with HR case management systems (e.g., HR Acuity, NAVEX EthicsPoint)
- Preferred: experience analyzing HR data to identify trends
- Preferred: familiarity with state HR compliance training requirements and I-9 compliance
