Overview

You lead complex healthcare construction projects, driving successful outcomes through strong process, scheduling, and project controls. In this role you will work closely with owners, architects, and engineers to manage projects in occupied hospital and clinical environments. You will coordinate work to minimize disruption to patient care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and life safety standards. Compensation / Benefits
  • Salary range: $125,000-$175,000
Responsibilities
  • Deliver healthcare construction projects with strong process, scheduling, and project controls
  • Lead projects and teams across hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
  • Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and engineers
  • Coordinate work in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to patient care
  • Support the preconstruction team
  • Assist business development including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector
  • Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety (ILSM)
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with healthcare project experience
  • Hospital renovations and expansions experience
  • Experience working in occupied/active healthcare environments
  • Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
  • Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good client management and team leadership through preconstruction and construction in healthcare settings
  • Bluebeam and Procore experience desired
