Overview As HR Manager, you will shape and administer the company's HR policies to support business goals. Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting for HR functions
- Recruit, interview, select, and orient new employees
- Plan and supervise HR department activities and goals
- Oversee compensation programs and job descriptions; monitor performance evaluations
- Manage career pathing and performance management programs
- Develop affirmative action and EEO reporting; maintain records
- Coordinate training and educational activities; assist in curriculum development
- Provide employee relations coaching and corrective action support
- Evaluate and improve department efficiency and services
- Recommend new HR policies and procedures to drive improvements
Key requirements- Bachelor degree and/or 5 years' experience in training and human resources
- Proficiency with computers; strong numerical and accounting insight
