Overview

You will lead a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to hire for Finance, Legal, People orgs, and other corporate roles, shaping fast, scalable hiring in alignment with Pinterest's values. You'll partner with executives and cross-functional partners to craft targeted recruiting strategies and support business growth. The role blends people leadership with data-driven recruitment to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. You'll use AI to increase efficiency while ensuring accuracy and context in decisions. This is a chance to impact culture and build diverse, high-performing teams at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Direct recruiting strategy and execution for Legal & Business Affairs, CFO, and People orgs, including planning and advising leaders
  • Lead and develop a team of Recruiters with coaching, feedback and performance support
  • Build and implement strategies aligned to business goals, timelines and capacity
  • Partner with leaders, HRBPs and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and connect recruiting to business goals
  • Monitor pipeline health, performance and hiring progress using data to improve speed, quality and candidate experience
  • Serve as escalation point for recruiters and managers to resolve complex or changing situations
  • Contribute to Recruiting leadership through insights on trends and building an inclusive culture
  • Use AI to synthesize information and automate repeatable tasks to free time for advisory and engagement
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate functions
  • 4+ years of experience managing recruiters
  • Experience building recruiting strategies for complex hiring needs and driving execution
  • Ownership of hiring for a business unit including senior leadership relationships
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and influence decisions
  • Ability to design repeatable, scalable hiring strategies
  • Strong leadership, data-driven mindset, empathy, communication, talent development
  • Experience using AI to improve recruiting speed and quality with accountability for outputs
