Overview In this role, you lead architectural teams to deliver complex healthcare and related projects, coordinating construction documents and overseeing construction administration. You will build trusted client relationships and guide staffing, scheduling, and performance across projects. You work closely with owners, consultants, and cross disciplinary teams to ensure code compliance and quality design outcomes. Responsibilities- Lead a team to produce technical documents for complex projects (healthcare, science & technology, higher education, commercial)
- Prepare, coordinate, and finalize construction documents
- Oversee daily construction administration with contractors, owners, and consultants
- Mentor and supervise junior staff
- Define project work plans and staffing needs
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Participate in recruiting and performance management
- Meet with owners and user groups to determine program and planning requirements
Key requirements- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Architectural Registration required
- Working knowledge of engineering systems in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent mentoring, written and verbal communication, and organizational abilities
- High proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
