You will work in a collegial, collaborative office environment across Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto, collaborating with experienced lawyers on sophisticated matters at a national level. Responsibilities- Advise on formation, financing transactions, and mergers & acquisitions for startups and growth-stage companies
- Support deal execution with senior practitioners on national-scale matters
- Collaborate with cross-office teams to service clients and manage diligence
- Prepare and review transactional documents and deal-related analyses
- Contribute to matter management and client communications
Key requirements- At least four years of related experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
- Stellar academic credentials and references
