Overview In this role you will lead the development and maintenance of detailed construction programmes across a portfolio of projects in Dublin. You will align schedules with design, procurement and on-site delivery to support project decisions. You'll monitor progress, flag delays, and produce clear reports for project teams and senior stakeholders. The role offers exposure to diverse sectors through a leading contractor and an opportunity to shape planning practices across multiple projects.
Responsibilities- Project Programme Development: Create, update and maintain detailed construction programmes aligned with design, procurement and site delivery.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against baseline, identify delays, and produce progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Planning Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and subcontractors to gather planning data and support decisions.
- Risk & Opportunity Analysis: Identify risks and opportunities, assess critical path impacts, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
- Programme Controls & Compliance: Support planning procedures, ensure standards and client requirements are met, and help develop best practices across projects.
Key requirements- 5+ years in a planner role focusing on construction projects
- Solid Building background
