Overview In this role you will manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement and conduct strategic investigations to maximize value. Responsibilities- Manage cases from intake through settlement
- Conduct strategic investigations into liability and damages
- Draft and review legal documents and demand packages
- Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel
- Build strong client relationships and guide them through the process
- Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams
- Help maximize case value while delivering excellent client experience
Key requirements- Active attorney in good standing
- 2+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred
- Strong understanding of California PI laws and procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage a high value caseload
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
