Strategic Deployment Manager, Life Science

In this role you support the deployment and adoption of the Schrödinger Platform across customers, coordinating scoping, training, and ongoing success. You act as the customer voice to influence product strategy and ensure value realization. You work with cross-functional teams to enable growth and meaningful usage of the platform. This role combines project management, customer success, and hands-on collaboration within a scientific software context.

• Manage LiveDesign implementation projects from initial discussions to deployment, training, and growth
• Ensure long-term customer success through ongoing use of the Schrödinger Platform
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Applications Scientists, Solutions Architects, and Education to drive account success and growth
• Influence product roadmap by representing real-world customer needs to product management and engineering

• B.Sc. in Life Science (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred)
• At least three years of experience in a life sciences field related to drug discovery
• Experience with computational chemistry or cheminformatics in a research setting
