Overview As Legal Counsel for BXMA, you will structure, negotiate, and form BXMA's funds and portfolio investments. You will support direct and indirect investments across Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, and Total Portfolio strategies, working closely with internal teams and external clients. You will manage external counsel and review legal documents, while monitoring regulatory developments to identify risks. You will contribute to a fast-paced, cross-functional, client-focused environment that aims to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Responsibilities- Structuring, negotiating, and forming BXMA's commingled and customized funds and portfolio investments
- Negotiation and execution of direct and indirect investments within BXMA strategies
- Collaborating with internal groups (investment, accounting, operations, investor relations) and external clients
- Managing external counsel
- Negotiation and review of diverse legal documentation
- Ongoing review of industry and regulatory developments to assess risks to BXMA
Key requirements- J.D. degree
- minimum of four (4) years of law firm and/or in-house private investment fund experience
