Overview As a Senior Project Architect, you lead the design and delivery of complex building projects across industries, mentoring junior staff and guiding teams through planning, design and construction phases. You'll ensure code compliance and design intent while collaborating with engineering leads to achieve high-quality, scalable solutions. This role offers hybrid work across U.S. locations and involvement in cutting-edge facilities such as data centers and life sciences spaces.

Responsibilities- research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects
- advise on zoning, codes, and building systems
- mentor junior architects and designers
- lead projects through planning, construction administration, and close-out
- maintain firm-wide quality standards and align with technical leadership
- collaborate with engineering discipline leads to translate design intent
- work on advanced technology facilities, including data centers and life sciences projects
- support cross-functional teams for open AI and other critical facilities
- drive project delivery and client satisfaction across multiple projects
Key requirements- Bachelor in Architecture
- 15+ years of professional experience
- Professional Architectural License and multi-state licensing ability
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Understanding of scopes of work, budgets, and schedules
- Ability to lead small architectural teams and collaborate across multiple teams
- Willingness to travel within the US
