Overview In this role you support planning, coordination, and oversight of construction activities from preconstruction to closeout. You work with construction managers, project teams, and clients to monitor progress, quality, schedule, and cost, helping resolve issues and maintain project records. You may assist across traditional CM, Owner's Rep, and program management assignments, growing in responsibility. This is a full-time, bi-weekly paid position within Parkhill's collaborative, community-focused culture.

Responsibilities- Assist with planning, coordination, and oversight of construction activities from preconstruction through closeout
- Conduct site observations, track progress and quality, document findings, and communicate concerns
- Review drawings, specs, schedules, contracts to support field coordination and identify conflicts
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change requests, payment applications, and related admin tasks
- Monitor schedules, milestones, and mitigation strategies; assist with recovery planning
- Support project cost management: budgets, changes, and cost impacts; review proposals and payments
- Attend site, coordination, and review meetings; prepare minutes and track action items
- Coordinate communications among contractors, design teams, clients, and authorities
- Identify and track project risks, issues, and conditions affecting cost, schedule, quality, safety, or objectives
- Maintain accurate project records (field reports, logs, minutes, photos, correspondence)
- Support QA/QC activities, deficiencies, punch lists, and corrective work
- Assist with closeout activities: testing, commissioning, turnover, warranties, and training
- Contribute to status reporting, dashboards, and client-facing updates
- Develop working knowledge of Parkhill's CM/PM/QA/QC processes and apply standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of construction-related experience
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations
- Working towards CCM required
- Familiarity with reading construction drawings and schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
