Overview In this senior role you lead field operations for heavy civil projects, coordinating schedules, resources, and scope delivery with Foremen while upholding safety processes. You engage in client meetings, manage materials and tooling, and ensure QA/QC and as-built records are complete. You partner with the Project Manager to maintain efficient, safe, and consistent execution, while mentoring Foremen and trade staff. This role offers impactful work across North America on diverse infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities- Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations
- Communicate project scope to Foremen
- Ensure safety processes (JSAs and inspections) are completed
- Attend client meetings
- Manage materials and tooling needs
- Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
- Review time and field reports
- Collaborate with Project Manager
- Develop Foremen and trade staff
- Contribute to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution
Key requirements- 10+ years of related experience and/or training in construction
- Experience with Heavy Civil projects required
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects
