Overview In this HR Manager role, you lead the HR function at the Ohio campus to recruit, develop, and engage a large warehouse and office workforce. You'll build a high-performing HR team and partner with leaders to drive staffing, performance, and employee relations in a high-growth environment. You'll shape an exceptional workplace and scale HR operations for a major facility. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and cross-location collaboration.

Responsibilities- Lead HR operations for 200+ warehouse, facilities and office employees
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team to support staffing a new facility
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management, employee relations and engagement
- Guide performance conversations to help maintain a positive, productive workplace
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- 7+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience, including management experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus
- Knowledgeable of federal and Ohio labor and employment laws
- Strong recruiting background, especially in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings
- Extended travel for initial training at Uline's North American locations
