Actuary (FSA) - Seattle Health

As part of Milliman's Seattle Health Practice, you will apply advanced actuarial methods to healthcare data and deliver clear analyses for clients. You'll lead projects, supervise junior actuaries, and develop client relationships within a collaborative team that emphasizes mentoring and professional growth. The role combines technical actuarial work with communication to non-technical audiences, shaping healthcare solutions at scale. You'll work with top professionals to impact risk, pricing, and value-based contracting initiatives.

• Analyze healthcare data and generate insights

• FSA designation
• Seven to ten years of healthcare actuarial experience
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field
• Proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of SAS, SQL, or R
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system
• Experience presenting complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
