Principal HR Business Partner, Amazon Robotics

Overview

In this role you partner with senior business leaders to shape organizational design, culture, and talent strategies for Amazon's Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics. You will translate business priorities into high-impact people initiatives, coach executives, and deliver data-driven insights to improve engagement and effectiveness. You'll lead strategic initiatives in organizational design, culture, and talent development while scaling a global HR footprint. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Coach executive management and mentor leadership teams
  • Design and deliver talent solutions to business problems
  • Advise executives on organizational design and business strategy
  • Lead change management and drive HR functional excellence
  • Develop and execute global talent planning and development programs
  • Create strategic narratives affecting business outcomes (health, planning)
  • Develop career development, retention, and recognition programs
  • Build strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities
  • Interface with executive levels and collaborate with international HRBPs
Key requirements
  • 12+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting tech populations (HRBP) and executive coaching
  • Strong business acumen and communication/writing skills
  • Ability to interface at executive levels and manage global HR initiatives
  • Experience with analytics, metrics, and reporting
  • Proven problem-solving and strategic advisory capabilities
  • Executive coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) preferred
  • Ability to lead a team of global HRBPs
  • Experience handling ambiguous challenges and mentoring teams
