Overview As a Senior Water Resources Project Manager, you will guide Colorado water resources projects from planning through construction, mentoring teams and strengthening client relationships. You'll lead multidisciplinary efforts on diverse water projects, from stormwater to dam and reservoir work, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery. This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership, program management, and business development, helping communities improve resiliency and protect infrastructure. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to shape impactful solutions and grow the Colorado practice.

Responsibilities- Lead water resources projects from planning through construction support across Colorado.
- Serve as Project Manager with scope, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and client satisfaction responsibilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders in Colorado.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate resources to deliver complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership for planning studies, analyses, and construction-phase services.
- Support business development, including pursuing strategic opportunities and new client relationships.
- Mentor engineers and project managers to develop technical and delivery capabilities in the Colorado practice.
Key requirements- Demonstrated experience leading water resources projects from planning through design and construction.
- Strong project and program management experience (scope, budget, schedule, risk, teams).
- Experience building trusted client relationships and supporting business development.
- Mentoring and developing engineers, project managers, and technical staff.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and quality oversight for multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in civil/environmental/water resources engineering or related field; PE license required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience; at least 5 years managing or coordinating projects.
