Responsibilities- Lead and develop high-performing scientific and technical laboratory teams
- Drive bioanalytical method development, assay development, and laboratory innovation initiatives
- Provide technical leadership for LC-MS/MS and other advanced analytical technologies
- Oversee laboratory instrumentation, equipment lifecycle activities, qualification programs, and operational readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve scientific, quality, and business objectives
- Champion continuous improvement, operational excellence, and compliance initiatives
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- 79 years of related experience in method or assay development OR 57 years in a laboratory environment
- Demonstrated expertise in LC-MS/MS technologies, bioanalytical method development, laboratory operational management, and analytical problem solving in regulated bioanalysis
- Experience leading laboratory instrumentation, metrology, equipment qualification, calibration, or maintenance programs
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop scientific teams
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience driving quality, compliance, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives
