Responsibilities- Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce and talent strategies
- Serve as trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and business performance
- Develop and implement workforce plans aligned with current and future needs
- Lead employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, performance discussions, and terminations
- Mentor HR professionals to build capability and performance
- Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leaders on hiring strategies, internal mobility, and succession planning
- Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Shared Services to ensure compliant, integrated HR solutions
- Use workforce analytics and talent metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
- Maintain HR data integrity and reporting accuracy
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of HRBP/HR Generalist/HR Manager experience
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies
- Experience leading and coaching HR professionals
- Experience supporting employee relations investigations and performance management programs
- Proven ability to lead organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, and transformation initiatives
- Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Experience supporting multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making
