Overview In this role you will lead Hadrian's headcount planning program, aligning cross functional inputs from People, Recruiting, Finance, and Engineering into a trusted, auditable forecast. You'll drive end to end planning cycles, ensure data quality, and enable execution through recruiting systems and change management. The position sits at the core of scaling Hadrian's workforce as the company expands its manufacturing footprint. You'll partner with leadership to turn demand signals into actionable headcount plans and report clearly to executives.

Responsibilities- Own the headcount planning program end to end, coordinating bottom up and top down inputs into a single, defensible plan
- Turn program demand signals from engineering and program leadership into role level headcount needs
- Costs and reconciles the plan with the budget to produce a forecast everyone uses
- Hand the plan to Recruiting Operations with well structured data for requisitions
- Manage recurring monthly cadence with People Partners and Recruiting Leads to show workforce by program
- Coordinate with Workplace Services to align hiring plans with physical capacity
- Drive change management: create cadence, intake, artifacts, and communications to improve adoption
- Provide leadership with status updates, flag risks early, and make tradeoffs clear to executives
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience in management consulting or similar structured problem solving environment
- strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
- solid project management fundamentals with cross functional dependencies
- experience with change management and adoption efforts
- comfort with planning data and financial mechanics, budget reconciliation
