Compensation / Benefits- minimum base salary range $131,200-$204,100

Responsibilities- Formulate and conduct research studies in women's reproductive health
- Publish manuscripts and disseminate findings
- Apply for independent funding focused on women's reproductive health
- Engage in mentored research activities with protected effort (75%)
- Balance clinical patient care with research progression
- Develop and implement research and training plans with mentors
Key requirements- MD or DO degree
- Be in final year of OB-GYN residency or final year of related postdoctoral/clinical research training
- Identify mentors with extensive research experience
- Commit to at least 75% effort to research and career development
- Not have previously served as PD/PI on certain large NIH grants or similar awards
