Overview In this onsite leadership role, you partner with business leaders to shape HR strategy and ensure policy and legal compliance. You drive employee engagement, manage complex employee relations, and support a safe, fair, and productive workplace. You will lead investigations, guide performance and separation processes, and coordinate training and benefits to support the workforce. Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance while ensuring compliance with policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, workplace concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage workers' compensation, legal claims, workplace incidents, and regulatory matters with legal counsel, insurers, and claims admins
- Develop and deliver training programs, coach leaders, support performance management, and oversee benefits administration
- Drive HR initiatives and oversee employee benefits programs
- Guide employee separation processes, including layoffs, terminations, exit interviews, and outplacement support
- Lead and conduct complex employee relations investigations, interviewing involved parties, documenting findings, and coordinating resolutions with leaders and legal counsel
Key requirements- HR leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and influence outcomes
- Strong project management, facilitation, and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
- Proven experience leading investigations with sound judgment and discretion
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
