Overview As Project Executive, you drive the P/L of a large-scale, high-profile project and lead internal teams to successful delivery. You'll align project execution with regulatory, safety, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships. This role shapes financial outcomes, schedules, and risk management on critical infrastructure work in a renowned JV setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and superior service.
Responsibilities- Own the project P/L and drive overall project success
- Lead project managers, engineers, and admin staff to completion
- Ensure execution from inception to handover with compliance to codes and safety standards
- Deliver projects on budget, schedule, and quality
- Build and maintain client relationships and provide technical guidance
- Review owner contracts and ensure compliance
- Develop master schedule and quality control program
- Identify critical milestones and issues; forecast costs with Preconstruction
- Develop Look-Ahead schedules and look for additional cost issues
- Oversee GMP or Lump Sum contract development and subcontractor financial assessments
- Monitor and review job cost reports; ensure safety integration in planning
- Oversee the project's quality control program
Key requirements- 20+ years of construction and CM project experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage design and construction processes
- Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Architecture/Engineering
- Strong organizational, reporting, and cross-department communication skills
- Experience leading an integrated team on large, multi-phase programs
- Proven leadership in an integrated project delivery environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
