Executive Director - Senior Principal Architect Data Domain

In this role, you shape target state architecture and strategy across products and technologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of enterprise-wide solutions that create competitive advantage. You influence leaders with clear, data-driven architecture narratives and establish governance to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. • Advise and lead architecture strategy across multiple products, applications, and technologies
• Translate complex technical issues for leadership to enable strategic decisions
• Drive adoption of technical methods aligned with modern product development
• Establish and lead an architecture governance body
• Create durable, reusable software frameworks to improve velocity and quality
• Collaborate across domains to reduce tooling duplication and clarify ownership
• Improve decision traceability, cost-performance, and governance through standards and guardrails
• Evaluate emerging capabilities for enterprise fit and readiness
• Lead reuse-first adoption of enterprise-approved AI capabilities with human-in-the-loop validation

• 10+ years of applied Architecture experience with formal training or certification
• Experience delivering system design, development, testing, and operational stability
• Expertise in one or more architecture disciplines
• Proven ability to influence across functions to deliver modern architecture
• Experience solving complex architecture problems across diverse technical domains
• Extensive practical cloud-native experience
• Ability to evaluate technologies to shape future state architecture
• Deep expertise in Data Management Architecture (databases, ETL, data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, analytics, data governance)
• Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud operating models
• Experience leading safe adoption of enterprise-approved AI capabilities with data sensitivity awareness
