Overview As a Private Client Manager at Bank of America, you expand and deepen client relationships by presenting the full Private Bank suite of capabilities. You will advise on financial needs, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and execute a Branded Client Experience across the enterprise. You'll drive new inflows, manage complex credit opportunities, and mentor colleagues while leveraging digital tools to enhance client satisfaction. This role requires SAFE Act registration and a commitment to Responsible Growth within a supportive, flexible culture.

Responsibilities- Generate new business inflows across Credit, Assets Under Management, and Deposits within an existing book
- Lead complex credit opportunities including structured deals
- Grow book balances and Year-over-Year revenue
- Partner with and mentor Private Client Managers on complex products and relationships
- Act as Chief Operating Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities
- Deliver Branded Client Experience to ensure client satisfaction
- Promote adoption of digital capabilities to improve client and team experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence
- Advise on clients' financial needs leveraging the Private Bank's capabilities
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience managing relationships with high net worth clients
- Strong interpersonal and influence/partnership skills
- Significant banking and credit knowledge, including investments, trusts, and wealth transfer
- Series 7, 63 and 65 required (or 7 and 66)
