Overview As Technical Senior Supervisor, you will lead the nonwovens team to advance next gen nonwoven processes and products. You'll align R&D and production efforts with strategic roadmaps and collaborate across laboratories and manufacturing to scale technologies. You will shape IP strategy and support patents, while developing the team's capabilities through coaching and succession planning. You'll embed strong EHS culture in daily work and drive cross functional partnerships to deliver impactful innovations.
Responsibilities- Lead the nonwovens team to develop next gen processes and products
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for the nonwoven portfolio
- Partner with division laboratory and manufacturing teams to deploy technologies into production
- Shape and execute intellectual property strategies; support patents and trade secrets
- Build organizational capabilities through coaching, talent development, and succession planning
- Ensure EHS expectations are integrated into culture and daily activities
Key requirements- Bachelor degree or higher
- Five years of experience in technology or product development in a private, public, government or military environment
- Supervisory and technical leadership experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental, health, and safety leadership and laboratory safety culture
- Proven ability to develop new R&D capabilities
