Overview In this role you design and deliver screening product training for Abbott's oncology portfolio, supporting both new hires and ongoing development. You align training with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to close knowledge gaps and boost field effectiveness. You will manage learning initiatives across departments, leveraging the LMS and modern facilitation methods. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to influence sales readiness and product storytelling in a fast-moving diagnostics environment. You will engage with marketing, medical affairs, and sales leaders to create impactful workshops and stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training with business goals
- Develop and support training components promoting the oncology products to both new hires and seasoned reps
- Design, organize, and deliver continuing education covering product knowledge, market context, and clinical data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create learning opportunities across the organization
- Maintain and update training programs, addressing ongoing learning needs
- Lead interactive workshops at national, area, and regional meetings with marketing and sales leadership
- Assess learning gaps with stakeholders and deploy targeted programs to improve competency
- Utilize the LMS to manage training initiatives and identify improvements in the learning process
- Translate brand strategies into training content for sales teams
- Apply project management, communication, and facilitation skills to learning initiatives
- Travel up to 33% as required
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field
- 5+ years of sales or commercial experience
- 2+ years in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics environment
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders
- Understanding of molecular diagnostics and cancer screening tools
- Ability to translate scientific concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles in medical settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
