Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle for Golf and PTV products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate cash collection. You will be the voice of the customer, coordinating with cross-functional teams to influence processes and decisions that affect demand and order status. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned territory accounts, providing proactive updates and exceptional service to maximize satisfaction. This position combines customer focus with cross-team collaboration to drive efficient, accurate order execution at scale.
Responsibilities- Own the full order-to-cash lifecycle for Golf and PTV products (order placement through cash collection)
- Act as single point of contact for assigned territory accounts
- Represent the voice of the customer to prioritize and organize order-to-cash activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions impacting customer demand and processes
- Provide accurate, timely order status updates to stakeholders
- Manage 100+ orders per month across various stages of the process
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Software knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce (preferred)
