Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong community partnerships with nonprofits, local leaders, and businesses; plan joint activities and track progress toward shared goals.
- Develop and execute an annual territory plan aligned with priority customer segments and firmwide initiatives.
- Design and deliver outreach programs delivering financial education and trust-building for individuals, families, and business owners.
- Plan and manage a community engagement calendar with events and workshops to sustain impact.
- Lead or co-lead financial health workshops and connect participants to Chase experts and solutions.
- Manage events end-to-end: promotion, registration, logistics, on-site support, and follow-up.
- Collaborate across One Chase and One JPMorganChase to align goals, coordinate resources, and maximize local impact.
- Gather feedback and share results with local and national partners to improve programs and engagement.
- Adhere to budget, risk, and compliance requirements using approved tools and standards.
- Champion culture and inclusion by modeling teamwork and supporting colleague development.
