Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate criteria
- Develop and enforce recruiting processes for workforce planning
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in engineering, automation, software, and robotics
- Create and optimize sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
- Develop recruitment marketing, branding, and digital campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and industry networks
- Manage ATS/CRM utilization and vendor partnerships
- Represent the company at career events and community engagement activities
- Advise HR and managers with labor market insights and hiring trends
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and ongoing communication with stakeholders
- Pursue continuous improvement in recruitment practices and personal development
Key requirements- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering, automation, manufacturing, software, robotics, or similar fields
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies
- Strong communication, relationship-building, interviewing, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles
- Experience partnering with managers in a consultative capacity
- Preference for experience recruiting in manufacturing/industrial automation/robotics industries
- Past experience with vendor management of recruitment agencies
- Knowledge of recruitment process improvements and workforce planning
