Overview

As an HRIS Analyst, you'll drive the Workday implementation and ongoing system support to strengthen data integrity and employee experience. You'll work closely with the People team, IT, Finance, and our implementation partner to ensure smooth go-live, cutover readiness, and post-launch stability. Your work enables scalable HR processes across modules like HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence. You'll translate business needs into configuration, train users, and contribute to AI-driven HRIS enhancements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, test, roll out, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, test cycles, resolve issues, and ensure cutover readiness
  • Perform data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Support releases and enhancements with testing, documentation, and issue triage
  • Train users and create/maintain SOPs and job aids for scalable HRIS processes
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support recurring HRIS tasks
  • Assist with AI transformation initiatives involving Workday in partnership with People, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders
Key requirements
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday experience including configuration and production support
  • Direct experience with at least one Workday module (HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data reconciliation across systems
  • Attention to detail with data governance and appropriate controls
  • Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation
  • Proactive, self-directed problem-solver with minimal oversight
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration across People, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
