Overview In this role, you will serve as the strategic HR partner for Epiq's Class Action and Restructuring businesses, shaping talent and org strategies to drive growth. You'll lead a small HR team and collaborate with senior leaders to enable workforce planning, leadership coaching, and business transformation. You'll use analytics and innovative HR practices to boost performance, engagement, and efficiency across global, dispersed teams. Responsibilities- Act as primary HR advisor to senior leaders in Class Action and Restructuring
- Align workforce and organizational strategies with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and talent assessments
- Utilize workforce analytics to identify risks and recommendations
- Coach and develop a three-person HR team delivering partner support
- Guide complex employee relations and talent-related matters
- Drive talent reviews, leadership development, and employee engagement
- Lead change management for growth, transformation, restructurings, and acquisitions
- Partner with leaders to enhance organizational capability and retention
- Champion process optimization and AI-enabled workforce solutions
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design and implement programs
- Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and policy alignment
Key requirements- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership or HRBP experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or related fields
- Proven success partnering with senior executives on workforce strategy and transformation
- Experience leading and developing HR teams
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, succession, employee relations, and change management
- Experience with digital, workforce, or organizational transformation
- Ability to leverage data, technology, automation, or AI-enabled solutions
- Strong executive presence, communication, influencing, and relationship-building
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting global and dispersed teams (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree; Master's/MBA preferred; professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
