Overview You will lead concrete construction projects to deliver safe, on-time, and high-quality outcomes. In this role, you coordinate with subcontractors, review plans, and provide clear direction to field teams to maintain schedule and budget alignment. You will drive quality control, safety compliance, and issue resolution across active sites. Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Manage and supervise all aspects of concrete construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including laborers and tradesmen
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for upper management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project

Key requirements- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Experience with flatwork, cast-in-place, tilt walls, tilt-up, structural concrete, mass concrete, slabs, excavating, earthwork, and underground utilities
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
